Mr. Lynwood's Backstory and why he needs the help of "Team Riley" from his Mom!

Hi, I am a single mom with three kids and Lynwood is our sweet, snuggly, energetic 3 years 11 month old corgi.

We just went to the vet for his annual checkup this past Wednesday and he passed with flying colors.

Then all of a sudden in less than 48 hours after his checkup, Lynwood lost movement in his back legs, so we went back to the vet.

We found out that he has two discs that mineralized and moved in his spine, which can cause him to become permanently paralyzed.

We were given two options: a 12,000 dollar neurological surgery in grand rapids to save him from becoming paralyzed or a 1,200 dollar laser therapy process that may help him gain movement back in his legs if his body has a positive response to it.

We do not financially have the capability to pay for a 12,000 surgery, but we did start the laser therapy on Friday to try to give Lynwood a fighting chance to recover.

We have to go back 5 more times within the next week and a half and then we have to decide if his body is responding to the therapy or if it isn't working what to do next....

We are not ready to give up on our sweet Lynwood yet, he has so much life left to live playing and snuggling with my 3 kids.

I didn't know what else to do...and I was telling a dear friend of mine about what was happening to Lynwood and she told me about Riley's candles.

Burning Instructions:
Don't trim the wick prior to lighting the first time! To get a uniform melt pool and to prevent tunneling, we recommend burning the candle for 30 to 60 minutes before extinguishing. Trim wick at every re-light. Keep candle free of any foreign materials, including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn candle on a level, fire-resistant surface. Don't burn candle for more than four hours at a time.
